Previous training as a supervisor is NOT a prerequisite for attending this programme. However, we would find it helpful to know about any prior training you have received.
We would find it helpful to know who you trained with and at what level this was. For instance, "I attended a 2-day introduction to Supervision at Ashridge" or "I completed an MA in coaching Supervision at Oxford Brookes".

Finally, we would find it helpful to know more about the context in which you intend to practice as a supervisor, e.g. ‘I run a team of internal coaches for my employer and wish to formalise the supervision I already offer them’, or ‘I work as an independent coach and consultant and wish to add supervision skills to my repertoire to develop my business proposition’.
